Catering

Growing up in a military family, living and traveling in different countries, exposed me to diverse cultures and cusines. It was during these formitive years that my fascination with food came about. I was nurtured by our family's tradition of gathering around our table, sharing meals prepared with love. Learning the ropes from the matriarches of my family, great-grandmother, grandmother, aunts and of course my mother, who was an amazing cook. They taught me the importance of crafting dishes from scratch, using the best ingrediants we could afford, along with the technical skills neeeded to do so.

Not an easy journey to this point, as there has been challenges along the way. A near fatal car crash and a battle with cancer tested my resilience. Fueled by my faith and belief that if I could overcome these seemingly insurmountable adversities, I could certainly conquer the world of barbeque! This acted as a source of creativity, peacefull mindness and vision.

My approach to barbeque is simple in its authenticity, staying true to family values I have learned along the way, a melting pot of flavors, influened by local flavors to create Blue Smoke BBQ.
